Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 October 2026. These terms govern access to and use of Automation Station (the "Service"), an internal marketing platform operated by Korneff Audio ("we", "us"). By signing in or connecting an account to the Service, you agree to them.
1. Who may use the Service
The Service is for authorized Korneff Audio staff and contractors only. Accounts are created by an administrator. You must keep your password confidential and tell us promptly at support@korneffaudio.com if you believe your account has been used without permission.
2. Connected accounts
When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, ad account, Google account or other third-party service, you confirm that you are authorized to do so on behalf of Korneff Audio, and you allow the Service to access it within the permissions you grant. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, or remove the app in your Facebook or Instagram settings. See Data deletion.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- send unsolicited email, or email anyone who has unsubscribed or has not given the consent the law requires;
- use the Service in breach of the Meta Platform Terms, Meta's Developer Policies, Instagram's Terms, or any other connected platform's terms;
- use personal data for any purpose not described in our Privacy Policy, or share it outside Korneff Audio;
- try to access data or functions you are not authorized for, or interfere with the Service's security;
- upload unlawful content, or content that infringes anyone's rights.
4. Third-party services
The Service works with third-party platforms (including Meta, Google, Amazon Web Services and WordPress). Their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
5. Content and AI features
You remain responsible for anything you publish or send through the Service, including content drafted with its AI features. Review AI-generated text, links and facts before you use them.
6. Ownership
The Service, and all data and content created in it for Korneff Audio, belong to Korneff Audio. Third-party content remains its owners' property.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that analytics, forecasts or AI output will be accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Korneff Audio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from use of the Service.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access at any time, for example when someone leaves Korneff Audio or breaches these terms. Sections 6 to 10 survive termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use means you accept the update.
