Data deletion
You can ask Korneff Audio to delete the personal data Automation Station holds about you at any time. How depends on how your data reached us.
Customers, subscribers, and people who message or comment
Automation Station is Korneff Audio's in-house marketing system. It holds data from our online store and email list, and comments and messages sent to our Facebook Page and Instagram account. To have yours deleted, email support@korneffaudio.com with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us the email address you used with us, or, for messages and comments, your Facebook or Instagram name/username, so we can find your records. We will:
- confirm we received your request within 5 working days;
- delete your data from Automation Station within 30 days, telling you if anything must be kept by law (for example order records needed for tax);
- keep only your email address on our suppression list, so we never email you again.
To stop marketing emails right away, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.
If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account to Automation Station
This applies to Korneff Audio staff who linked a Page, Instagram account or ad account using Facebook or Instagram Login.
Remove the app from your account, and we delete that connection's data automatically:
- Facebook: open Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Automation Station and choose Remove.
- Instagram: open Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, find Automation Station and choose Remove.
Meta then notifies us, and we immediately delete your access tokens, your Facebook/Instagram user ID and name, the permissions you granted, and the Page access tokens and profile details we stored for your connection. Meta shows you a confirmation code; you can check its status at any time on the status page linked from that confirmation.
Ad campaign, ad performance and post performance figures belong to Korneff Audio's own ad accounts and Pages. They are kept for our business records, but no longer linked to you.
